Great service. The only issue was that the tech would be here from 8 AM to 5 PM. Well, 8 am is usually when they get to work. Then I had to plan on sitting around the house waiting for the call he would be on the way, the day wasted mostly. Need to give a better time frame on arrival time afaid to go in back yard to do some work for fear of missing him.

He guided us through some technical stuff about using smart dryers. Only think I wish is that it would have been nice to ring the doorbell instead of banging the entrance door loudly. We had some unwanted visitors do such a thing in our community and that worried us a bit .. especially when we were just getting out of bed. Another recommendation would be that he should wear booties while coming inside the house in future. I am delighted that he zeroed in on the problem and its solution swiftly. 👌
