I had a Samsung washer problem. After nearly 2 months, multiple parts ordered at different times and 4 separate tech visits to my home it seems to be running okay. Brent did very good work but after reflecting on the the whole event, in would have been less expensive to just replace the unit and call it a day.

Alex was fine with the repair of our dryer. The scheduling was not good. This was the second consecutive week we had to wait at home for Alex to arrive at the house around 5pm. Our repair started three weeks ago, Sears provided a text update on the arrival of that technician (Juan). This update did not appear for Alex's arrival today (1/9/24) or last week. Consistency and improvement is needed for these notifications.
