Robert was our second technician and the only one to truly diagnose our issue. The first technician we had guessed at what our issue was ordered wrong part and we had to wait an extra week because of this. Robert came in and diagnosed the correct issue and ordered us the correct part. Robert was very professional in all aspects. While our first technician left in the middle of call for lunch, rescheduled us 3 days and then almost forgot to finish the service call which included cleaning and checking our washer. Robert by far was a better technician and more personable. Would recommend him anytime.
