Very Pleased With The Service!
Reuben was professional, courteous and pleasant. The work he did on my refrigerator that was leaking on the outside due to my ice maker and high water pressure was efficient and timely. I was informed when he was on his way by text as well as a phone call and most important the charge was extremely fair I highly recommend Sears Home Services.

Effort, PAGood Technician - bad company communication
William did a good job replacing the parts but the ability to communicate directly with Sears Appliance repair needs some work. The app that narrows down the arrival time is not accurate and does not help the home owner plan accordingly. There is no way to communicate with a real person unless the technician calls. The chat function is run by a computer and not a person and was no help to me.
