On time, knowledgeable and friendly
I have a chaos home with little kids and big dogs. He didnt mind either of them paying attention to him. He got the work done quickly.

Yamelet called and arrived at 8:30am ready to put the new Icemaker in our Samsung Refrigerator. She had to use a Steamer to get the old One out. Finally all of the Ice in the Ice Making area Was melted. She then put the new one in and reset the the Icemaker in the door. It was a very challenging job. And she finished it very well. 🙂

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Sears still exists as a service provider for appliances and that my brand could be diagnosed. I thought that the price of the diagnosis was reasonable, and that I was presented with decent options. I would not hesitate to use Sears again.
