Great technician who resolved an issue that appeared to be unsolvable. My wife and I are grateful that we are able to keep our 10 year old dryer that up to this time had performed flawlessly.

Yuriy identified the issue with the burner knob and corrected. We learned the the four burner knobs on our Samsung stove are prone to the shaft failing. Three of our four knobs have cracks in the shafts. Unfortunately the cost of replacing those four would be close to a thousand dollars and of course they are not covered by the warranty.

After describing what I experienced. Greg went to work. Turns out the control board needed to be replaced. Replacement cost of $700+ didn't seem feasible. I will be buying another dryer. He and his partner were both good listeners and patient.

Anibal provided excellent service. He was competent, efficient, and knew exactly what to do to repair my Samsung refrigerator, which, although expensive, was poorly manufactured. This was the fifth time it's needed repairing. I particularly appreciated the fact that he didn't make a mess during the repair process.
