Sam was courteous and professional. He explained to me what he was doing and took care of the repair quickly. While working on my ice maker, he noticed the handle of my refrigerator door was loose. So, he fixed that as well. I'm not so pleased with the scheduling service and if I had a chance to review it, I would give it a 1 Star. But, that's not Sam's fault. He did great.
