After checking the refrigerator and giving an estimate of the cost of replacing the compressor on the refrigerator he suggested it was too much for a 15 year old unit and suggested we get a new one if possible. He could have pushed the repair even though it was not the best thing. He was very helpful.

The two service techs were great and were able to determine that the control board needed to be replaced in our Samsung washer. They cleaned the dryer as scheduled. I repeat, they were great. However your payment process leaves much to be desired. Much to cumbersome considering you have my credit card on file from my conversation with your agent when I called to schedule the appointment.
