Jeremy was great. He cleaned the dryer and did things like it should be done that was nerer done before. explained verything he was doing, i asked questions. He should have a raise. Now my other problem is with your phone service. I calld and confirmed my appointment date 3 times, only to keep getting texts that I did not confirm. Even when I tried to cofirm your texts with a 1 or a y, they wouldn't even go through, tried to call and get a repor real live person to talk to to no avail. I am sure you have had other comments on this. I did have my washer extended again, but to my surprise was unable to get the warrnty on my dryer. why? Sure hope I will get Jeremy again
