Showed up on time ( unlike contracted serviceman that came before)had the right diagnostic tool and the problem fixed in about an hour,UNLIKE the contracted serviceman that showed up in a mustang instead of a sears van filled with parts. You should only send professionals like Keith to your repair jobs

Steven was pleasant and knowledgeable. What I liked was he explained the situation and had the parts to fix it. The last service visit the technician did not have the parts and had to reschedule.
