Jore did a great job explained this job what it would take how long it would take and what the cost would be he also informed me about the warranty and that he would be able to provide a warranty and in turn I will be able to get $150 off of the price however I was told from the agent on the phone who I got the warranty with the day before that I couldn't get a warranty from the technician therefore I wasn't able to get the $150 off

Tech was very good and helpful only issue i have is i was given a window of 12 to 4 he arrived 4:30 which isn't bad but when I check status up it had 7 to 7:30 without giving any reason
