Jorge was very professional. He answered all of my questions and explained the issue. He was also very fast. Highly recommended! I hope to not have any more appliances break, but if I do I will be requesting Jorge as my service tech.

Burner remains on after repair. The light remains on where it indicates that the stove top is still hot. The temp in the stove is still warm going for 3hrs. I shut off the breaker. Would like for someone to check the wiring.
