The process for requesting the service was extraordinarily tedious and took far too long (including an appointment that was arbitrarily delayed by Sears for an additional two weeks for no reason). However, when the technician finally arrived, he was great - knowledgeable, personable, and efficient.

Noah knew exactly what to look for and identified the issue immediately. Eight prior technicians sent from Choice Home Warranty were not Sears techs and prolonged this problem with a broken refrigerator for six months. Noah is my hero!

Jorge was on time. He called before showing up. Very courteous. First took time to listen to the issues. Then meticulously calibrated the dryer. Went our and made sure that the duct was exhausting the hot air without any obstruction. Professional man.
