Ryan was so knowledgeable and respectful. He fixed my washer which was shacking my house on the spin cycle. I will continue to request Ryan for ALL my appliance repairs from now on. Lei was very Polite & Respectful & explained what was wrong with my dryer drum not turning. He also rigged my dryer so I could use it temporarily for the week that I had to wait to receive the part & him returning to replace it!! I would right him on a Scale of 1-10, 10+.
