Rocky did a fabulous job for Sears and for me. My washer and dryer were repaired in an efficient manor. Sears was prompt and efficient. Rocky was friendly. Knowledgable, and accurate. Rocky arrived at the time predicted and finished quickly. I totally recommend Sears repair and howme warranty

Joe was very nice and friendly. He thoroughly checked out my refrigerator. My ice maker was not working and he said I needed a new one and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to install a new one. I would highly recommend him.
