Even though this was a return to fix a light that wasn't working after the original repair was completed. He handled it professionally and fixed the connection that had loosened when the bottom panel was accessed. Zachary fixed the light quickly which was appreciated.

Nangyalai it was great. I had other service technicians at the house at the same time working on other repairs and also managing my doggies and outdoor things. He was extremely professional, courteous, and very efficient. He came in, did his job, repaired my dishwasher, was extremely kind, and was courteous. I appreciate his professionalism
