The technician was great, but service appointment was very poor. 2x no show for my repair. My husband had to takeoff work twice and no one came. My washer is still not working right, it's still the same. It takes about 1-2 hrs to finish one load. It still not draining and it takes a long time to wash one load.

Micheal found the water pump failure but never checked the drum bearings. The drum has been locked up for weeks while I wait for return service with unbroken parts. Micheal determined parts not available to repair. Basically I spent two weeks waiting to find out I needed a new washer! Thanks!
