John did a great job
After 2 missed appointments Sears arranged for John to fix our dryer. John was polite,professional and did the job right then and there! I am very pleased.

From figuring out what was wrong and ordering the parts Jonathan was very thorough! The process took longer than expected because the condenser that was sent was damaged! He ordered a new one and showed up two weeks ahead of schedule to fix it for us! I would recommend Jonathan to anyone that needs to have a repair done!

We had an appliance technician named David make some repairs to our icemaker on our Samsung French Door fridge. He was very cordial, courteous, and kind. He was also very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We appreciate the great job he did for us!

My bad. I should have looked closer. Oscar pulled out the veggie bin and noted that there was water in it, however, under the bin was a 1/4" thick layer of Ice. I got the ice out and dried the area and I hope the ice is not back again.
