Great service! Based on Conrad's parts research - the parts are no longer available due to a 12 year old frig, we went out and bought a new frig before our old one fails.

There's probably nothing I can say that hasn't been said before. Above and beyond my expectations as far as technicians go. Very knowledgeable in his field. I can no longer get ice since this person worked on something behind what holds the ice. I was coming out before he came. I can get water out of dispenser but no ice is even produced even with Ice dispenser turned on. Floor left wet.
