Mark did an outstanding job. He communicated very well and did an outstanding job. We had an issue with water dripping out of the door ice/water dispenser for an a year. We have had several technicians look at it and they would always replace something, but the dripping never stopped. Mark was the only one to find the real reason why and he ordered the parts and returned to repair the issue.

Mr .Darius M. was a well mannered and very polite. Mr. Darius spoke well and he new his work. He informed me while he was working the procedure he was using to get my refrigerater working. Mr. Darius also presented to me Sears warranties and what they covered. I will recommend Darius to my friends and family.
