Really knowledgable!

After Sears missed 2 appointments, Kylen (who diagnosed my Samsung refrigerator problem) finally showed up and fixed it promptly. The fridge was actually misassembled! But dealing with Sears is neigh onto impossible. There was NO way to reach a live person. I received reminders every day from Sears, but they apparently never look at their appointment list. Kylen was not at fault here.
