Very professional and fast. Got in and fixed my microwave within hour or so. Called me in morning to give me a time and showed up when he said he was going to be here. Called said he was here so I can put my dogs away. I trusted him to be by himself while I was in my room with dogs. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough when he was working.
