Good work
My husband forgot to mention to our technician that our icemaker is still not working

The technician, Andy, came on time at 8 Am ( time frame 8-12 ). He is very friendly and we worked right away. He check the frozen ice maker, tried to defrost and finally took the inside unit out to examine. When he saw the unit was unfixable he got another new one and replace i. He also sealed the outside box to bore vent the water vapor from entering the unit. After he left about 20 minutes, the ice maker made the first batch of ice. Andy is good with what he've done.
