Anthony arrived on time and was very knowledgeable . My freezer of my refrigerator had thawed and had refrozen. He could see that had happened but thinks the computer reset when I changed the temperature. He said if there is a next time to unplug for 3 minutes which should reset the computer. If it doesn't reset call Samsung. Great advice! I was impressed with the knowledge he shared.

It still doesn't make ice.7/12/2024. Not one cube has dropped, I don't think I've heard any water filling the unit. Maybe the wrong part was ordered.

I wanted to share that we have had John in the past year (two occasions) and he is a great service technician - he is a great communicator (called us at 9am to tell us his expected time to our appointment), very professional and is an expert in his field. You are very lucky to have him as an employee.

Couldn't be more happy with the service. To be honest, I have a home warranty with choice home and was contemplating getting rid of them because in the past their quality of repair companies was definitely subpar. I was impressed with my sears service technician and would highly recommend Verley and this repair service.
