Your technician was very respectful and knowledgeable. Your 250% markup on parts left a terrible taste in my mouth and I won't be using Sears for service ever again

Prateek is very pleasant and seems very knowledgeable on dryer and washing machines repairs. He performed the repair very fast and efficiently. He also explained why the dryer failed. It was pleasure meeting him. I will request him if I require another appliance repair.
