Tyrell took one look at the problem and immediately knew what was wrong. He explained the problem to me and and told me what he was going to do. I asked him to tell me if I could help in any way and then I let him work, I'm glad I called Sears Home Services!

The tech was great and communicated very well. Schedule/dispatch was a nightmare. They would schedule a service date and then not call me or send a tech because they "thought I didn't have the replacement part." Then they would say the next appointment was 2 weeks away. Again they wouldn't call me or send a tech on that new appointment date even though I confirmed it and said I had the part. Endless calls to get an appointment. Finally the tech received my appointment from dispatch and he was very good about communicating when he would arrive (phone call and text). Dispatch/scheduling is in great need of some improvement.
