courteous and efficient service
Our technician was great. However, I have a problem with the 2 week lag time to get our initial appt and then another 2 week lag time for the final parts installatio.

Brian was so nice, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He found the problem when 3 other repairmen couldn't just by taking 1 minute to look at the bottom of the heating element and finding that the bottom was not "popped" in straight and securely, instead of just skimming or looking at the top side of the heating element. element. He also went outside to check that the tubing wasn't clogged!!
