Friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue. They alerted me when he would be there....he was. Unfortunately, they tell you from 7-5 pm and then the day of the call they call you 20 minutes before he arrives that their system is not the tech's fault.

James did an excellent job. He explained all issues relating to cost and possible appliance warranty. He fixed the dryer efficiently and at the end everything was in its place as if nothing had happened but the dryer was working. Excellent service in a nutshell
