The technician today that came out did an amazing and wonderful job ,was very thorough , polite, and did his job Exceptionally well. I would like for him to do all my service repairs for the next future technical issues I may have on my appliances.

Johnathan showed up in the morning, seemed like he knew what he was doing. After I complained about the fan sound, Johnathan decided it was best to replace it also. The entire ice maker repair took less than an hour.
