Nikita was great! He fixed the issue and explained everything to us. However my service with Sears has been nothing else but TERRIBLE. My original appointment was July 3. My appointment for rescheduled (I wasn't notified). It was rescheduled for July 6. No one showed up. Appointment got rescheduled again without notifying me. A different tech finally came out and the part that was ordered wasn't the only issue. So we had to wait for two more parts. Then I finally get the parts. Called to schedule and it was over a week out for scheduling. I got a hold of a manager at my warranty company that finally got you guys to get me service and fix my unit. All this time I'm still waiting for a manager at Sears to call me back for three weeks. The customer service reps and techs that came out were amazing. But the rest of my experience with Sears was terrible.
