Herb came twice to my home. First to diagnose why my broiler wasn't working and to order the part, and second to install the part and complete the repair. During the second visit, he also took the time to level the stove when I mentioned that liquids always tipped toward the front of my frying pan when using the cooktop. Great customer service!
