Ben was the consummate professional. He was communicative with me throughout the entire process. He cleaned the lint up that was under the unit because he did not want to create a mess in in servicing the dryer. He identified the problem, gave me the estimate, repaired that unit and had it up and running again within an hour. He made a point of showing me the old part and the new part that he was replacing. Ben made sure that I was happy with the repair and left the area he did the repair in clean and neat. I am very satisfied.
