Dimitri was very polite, went straight to diagnosing the problem, had the part with him and replaced it within a short amount of time. I wasn't expecting him to be so prepared. He arrived on the early end of the estimated arrival time which I was very thankful for. I didn't want to have to stay home all day. I'm very pleased with the job.
