He was an excellent service technician! However as soon as he left, the washer started acting up again and quit washing and using code C4 I tried to call Sears to have him come right back! The recording said I did not have an open ticket! Washer still in peril, I am heading to the laundry mat to wash clothes!!

1st appointment was excellent, parts ordered and received. 2nd appointment was cancelled the day of scheduled installation without explanation, called the service number only automated recording can't speak to a person. 3rd appointment showed but didn't have part the service tech asked for the part back because it wasn't authorized. Refrigerator was not fixed after a month of appointments.
