He figured out what was wrong immediately. The prior technician came and ordered the wrong parts to the house. He also kept rolling his eyes and acting like he didn't want to be here. This technician was amazing and hands down great. Aaron agreed that the prior technician had no idea what he was doing. He got the part immediately from 10th street and came back and fixed the problem. We love Aaron ❤️

Brandon was great, but my washer still didn't get fixed doesn't help my situation here. I was told that I would have to pay out-of-pocket. I have a protection plan this will be going to hire Ups and it will be taken care of the first guy that came out ordered parts, but apparently nobody knows where the parts came from so I have parts that I don't know how to put on my own washer and nobody will fix it like I was told it was going to get fixed I will never ever buy anything through Best Buy ever again
