James was excellent. He was here to fix my front load washer. The part that was ordered was faulty. There must have been a problem w/ the assembly line that day. Nonetheless he went the extra mile to get the correct part so he could fix my machine the same day. His communication was excellent. He arrived within the window of time selected!
