My technician was great. I had alot of confidence in his knowledge. However, I wasn't sure if he was going to make it since it was getting late. I discovered it's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone to ask a question like if they are still coming. There's no messaging function and the automated phone system just puts you into loops and doesn't let you talk to anyone.
