After dealing with another company (for over a month) on my refrigerator that was not cooling, Sears HS came to review my problem. Their communications leading up to the service call were fantastic. They informed me several times of what date and timeframe they would arrive. When the day arrived, the technician texted and called to let me know he was in my driveway. He was very polite and diagnosed the issue within a short period of time. Within 45 minutes, he was able to resolve my issue and was off to his next call. I will not hesitate to contact Sears HS anytime I have an appliance issue in the future.

I really like the way your company works, very professional. I bought a Samsung refrigerator a few months ago, and then it stopped working. Your technician came and checked it, then said that it was still under Samsung's warranty, so I wouldn't have to pay for the repair, which was wonderful. And now my refrigerator is working normally again."
