Peter was very courteous and knowledgeable in his profession. He gave insight into preventive measures and care instructions. During this two step repair process, all advice and instructions were received and followed, parts delivered, follow up appointment was made for final repair and diagnosis if needed. Thomas called the day of My appointment to let me know where I was on the list so I wouldn't waste the day sitting at home when he wouldn't be arriving until later in the day. Things changed with his appointments and he was able to get me rescheduled for the next day with out an issue. He notified me of his arrival time and was prompt and very courteous. Sears is fortunate to have a knowledgeable and friendly technician on their team. Thomas took his job and customer service skills seriously and treated me more like a friend than someone he was coming in to fix their broken appliance. He did a great job and made my day.
