So far, it's been a good experience, but still two new to rate. I believe in giving things time before actually claiming how Great of an experience!!! Andrea, the technician was excellent. He courteous, look neat and worked very neat!!!

Serviceman was prompt. Called when he was on his way to confirm appt. Found the problem but unfortunately Samsung no longer makes the part (dryer is 6 years old). Serviceman cleaned everything before he left. Highly recommend the service.
