My wife (the boss) was concerned that the washer was not working right. Victor arrived, listened to her needs/concerns - made recommendations - and adjusted the clutch on the washer. She was very happy with the outcome.

He was very helpful and informative in explaining how he came to the conclusion and what needed to be done. He was also very kind and personable.
