Dryer service and repair
Prateek is very pleasant and seems very knowledgeable on dryer and washing machines repairs. He performed the repair very fast and efficiently. He also explained why the dryer failed. It was pleasure meeting him. I will request him if I require another appliance repair.

Bruce was great. But the service provided by company was frustrating as one cannot speak to a HUMAN customer service. Samantha and Richard are OK as AI, but one needs to be able to speak to a HUMAN BEING.
