It was very pleasant to have someone come in at that time of the morning to check everything out make sure everything was running he said the refrigerator was Band-Aid up to make it work I feel that I need a new refrigerator cause this is the fourth time someone has come out to try to fix it it's time for a new refrigerator at this point

He was very kind and showed me how to take the shelf out in the glass and replace it and he cleaned my filter. I was very happy. I didn't know a filter had to be clean so Sears is great from now on. I will call Sears. Thank you.I 👍😊
