Marcus was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. After paying another company hundreds of dollars who misdiagnosed the issues found the issue without any parts being required.

He removed the microwave door. To replace the entire door for parts needed was way too costly. He was able to manipulate the broken plastic piece to save me $. Tested the door. It is working for now. I'll never buy Samsung again
