Patience was essential
Christopher was excellent. That said he was faced with the two week nightmare of obtaining the necessary part for the repair. He was at our home each of the four scheduled times. Sadly, the part was either missing, broken or not delivered. It was inexcusable as we waited two weeks for resolution. The circumstances with the part had nothing to do with Chris. Yesterday the washer was fixed.

It was fast and the gentlemen was super friendly and very helpful. He even gave me some tips on how to keep my other appliances maintained better, easy things can do (like blowing out the junk under my fridge and then cleaning up behind it. When you don't have a dad nearby, stuff like that is super helpful!!

Chris was quick to diagnose the problem of the refrigerator leaking and ice sheets on the bottom of the fridge. He found the drains clogged and the coils super dirty in the back of the fridge. He cleaned and vacuum that throughly and then emptied the fridge to check the drains inside which he thought would be fine but checked anyways and they were. He was thorough and methodical and explained everything to us. Highly recommend Chris.

Service man was great however the scheduling and parts order process really was bad had to order the part twice because we had received a broken part and the the dryer was completely inoperable, at least before getting the first part I could dry my clothes. We just had to leave the door open to keep the unit from spinning continuously, but we do appreciate the warranty coverage and service man he was quick and knowledgeable.

He was prompt kind and gave us tips on keeping our machine in optimal performance condition! Clone him ..he was awesome . Now as for sears home warranty themselves it lacks continuity and accountability. They told me no one was coming after I told them I confirmed via email and call. Only for him to be enroute and I wasnt even home and this is the 5th time I had to take off to be serviced two weeks no washer
