Excellent work, Ignacio was able to make the microwave repair with the new parts quickly and efficiently, and it took very little time. And just to make sure the microwave was truly back, he had me heat some water as a test. Mission accomplished! It is nice for my family to have our microwave back again, without having to buy/install a new unit. Thank you Ignacio, than you Sears!

Made an appointment online with Sears Home Services regarding my less than 9 year old French Door refrigerator not cooling. Patrick was assigned for the repair diagnosis. He was able to determine that the problem was a fan not working properly. He provided an estimate for the repair and I almost fainted. The cost of a new unit is so high I approved the repair. The part was sent to my home and an appointment was made for the installation. Patrick installed the part and, at least at the time of this writing, the refrigerator is cooling again.

The prior technician, Jerome, failed to properly install the new ice maker assembly. This was Bruce's second visit to our home for this problem. In October he didn't feel a new assembly was necessary and replaced a baffle and tray. That didn't work. Months later Vaughn ordered the new assembly and Jerome came at 7 p.m. one night to install it. Well that was a bust. Bruce came, corrected the mistakes made, reinstalled the assembly correctly, defrosted the ice frozen in the area where the water enters the ice maker and voila, the ice maker works again. Our major complaint with your company is the lack of ability to speak to a human and the long service time window given with multiple changes pushing it back by hours upon hours. This practice is not good customer service at all.

Miguel did wonderful! He listened and helped. If Sears would allow the previous person to return to the customer that would be good. We had so many people that nobody knew what was going on with the repair. Thanks to Miguel, it finally got taken care of!
