Knowledgeable and dedicated
Wayne is a pleasure to have as a serviceman. He has been to my home a few times and it's always a pleasure to see him. He is patient, persistent, and pleasant and will continue to address a problem until it's the best it can be. He was training a younger man and shared his knowledge and experience openly with him.

They came promptly and examined the dryer. The cost of repair was about $200 less than the cost of a new dryer. I decided just to buy a new dryer. I would certainly used them again.

Mr Manuel L did an excellent job. He explained every issue my tenet had with the washer, what she is doing is part of the problem by not loading the washer properly and causing the spin cycle to go off balance. Now she understands and how to load the washer properly .
