Marcus was wonderful. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Labor was extremely quick. The longest wait was receiving all the parts. But he kept me informed during each appointment. My overall experience was great.

Adam worked hard to resolve our issues. Turns out it was the mother board which they don't make any more. I would like a refund of the service paid because the problem was not resolved. So please refund the amount paid less the service call fee.

Very pleasant and professional technician. I was charged an extra $100 for additional service where the dishwasher was not fixed because of an additional part needed that didn't have anything to do with the technician. I would like that refunded.
