Chris was an expert repairman, a quick-witted conversationalist and a cordial human being. All key, vital characteristics, given the cost of refrigerator repairs. On my future calls, have only him return , given skyrocketing costs.

He was so much better than the previous person that came out and wrongly identified what was wrong with the refrigerator and kept me waiting a month for a repair. And I don't mean so much better he was excellent. The other guy was worthless.
