I've dealt with Conrad 4 of 8 repair visits for a fridge and washing machine issue under Sears Home Warranty. Always professional friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish! Clearly and thoroughly explains exactly what failed. Patient in answering any further questions. Mindful of moving items to prevent damage. Always leaves workspace clean. Hope Sears recognizes how much of an asset Conrad is - 5 stars all the way! Best tech!!!

All went well was able to get my dryer the parts needed to repair dryer. Servicemen was polite and knowledgeable and quick. All in all service was better than buying a new dryer.

Bob was personable and fun while attending to the repair. It required extra effort to free the old ice maker and two installations to finish the reair My repair was expensive so he offered me multiple options ( free-standing ice maker, cheaper than repair) because this is a known issue with Samsung refrigerators of this era, and may recur. He also offered me the "shop Your Way" credit card to get the $200 discount. Despite multiple attempts to apply, I never could get through. He found a number I could call for help
