My visit with Frank was great he was very prompt and polite and got the job done. As for the robot I still can't get anything done through the thing it doesn't recognize my phone so I can't communicate with you past the introductory cause it says they have no knowledge of the phone. So maybe fix that problem in case there's another fix it job for us Thank you Mary Mutzner Ps also this range is still under warranty and I sent back two control panels and a thermostat that was never used all that needed to be done was a reset and Frank took care of that

French door upper style with two lower drawers. the upper refrigeration box was losing temperature during the day. accelerated spoilage of produce and milk. When I called Sears Appliance repair, Ken properly came out that very afternoon. i described what was going on with my appliance , and his expert knowledge new almost immediately , but the problem was. in a matter of minutes , he had diagnosed and ordered the replacement part It shipped over the memorial day holiday , so the part was a day late. Ken called the next morning and ask if I wanted the refrigerator fixed today - (after he confirmed that the part was delivered prior day) I could not have been happier to have it repaired much sooner than the next monday. Ken was a joy and a blessing. He knows his business. He is very professional and polite. thank you so much
